Program Overview:
Mental well-being and financial stability are closely linked. Financial stress can lead to anxiety, depression, and relationship strain. At the same time, poor mental health can make it harder to focus on financial planning, leading to avoidance, impulse spending, or financial insecurity. Without a stable mindset, even the best financial plans can fall apart due to emotional decision-making or lack of motivation.
Research shows that it is increasingly difficult to walk the Financial Planning Journey without mental clarity due to the following reasons:
- Emotional Spending & Financial Avoidance – Stress and anxiety often lead to impulsive financial decisions or complete avoidance of financial planning.
- Conflicting Money Mindsets – Without understanding how past experiences shape financial beliefs, People may struggle to align their financial goals.
- Fear & Shame around Money – Many people carry guilt or embarrassment about past financial mistakes, making it difficult to have open conversations with their partner.
- Lack of Communication – Without a clear, healthy dialogue about money, small issues can snowball into major relationship conflicts.
Objectives of the Program
This program equips participants with the mindset, tools, and strategies to take control of their finances while fostering emotional security and deeper connection. By aligning financial planning with mental well-being, participants can reduce stress, eliminate financial conflicts, and build a future based on personal goals and trust.
Engagement
Once you sign up, you will be assigned a Mental Health specialist and a Finance Coach who will be your therapists & accountability partners. The specialists will walk the path with you, to help make sure the work actually gets done (we all know how easy it is to get excited about a project, only to look back a year later, to realize we’ve let other things take priority).
You will also be provided with the Master your Money- A Handbook, Guide & Financial Freedom Manual for use in the Financial Planning program. They are specifically designed to help you have a bird’s eye view of your mental health and personal finances and thus kick off or propel your journey from a clear, informed and strategic point of view.
Rules of engagement
- The sessions will be scheduled on a weekly basis on a mutual agreement.
- There will be utmost confidentiality on any personal information shared during the sessions. No information will leave the room by either party without their consent.
- All the parties will keep time so that the sessions start and end on the agreed time.
- The client will allow the Finance Coach to challenge and encourage them in order to make steady progress and help them avoid pitfalls along the way.
- Both parties will be optimistic and make the most out of the sessions. This includes doing all the assignments for the sessions.
- Consultancy fees must be paid at least 50% for the sessions to kick off.
Meeting Frequency
This program will have a total of 10 themed 1.5 hour sessions happening weekly with assignments and homework at the end of every session. The home works are designed in such a way that they help you evaluate your mental health and personal finances deeply.
Just treat this like that hot date or a serious Doctor’s appointment that you cannot afford to miss! The Coach will be your accountability partner and sounding board for progress or when things get out of hand. Whichever option you choose, know that the work you put in today will pay off in freedom and flexibility for the rest of your life!
Sessions Engagement
The sessions are personalized, inclusive and client-focused. They entail interactive discussions, calculations & analysis, journaling and assignments. The client is entitled to at least one open house session at the beginning to explore your financial potential, areas of stuckness and tools for personal action and growth.
Delivery
The sessions are personalized, highly interactive and could get invasive. The consultants will always call upon you to engage in activities and discussions throughout the session(s). We also make use of various strategies and assignments to empower you around your mental health and personal finances.
We do not just train/ coach, we also provide you with the different Mental Health and Personal Finance Planning tools including exposing you to different saving and investment options, Pension plans among others.

Your investment will be Kshs. 25,000.00 for a standard 10 weeks Personalized Finance Planning Program. This is a short time special offer.
