We the Money Club for your school  specially welcome you to Partner with us in the April 2020 Children Money Lessons Training for the Children/Teens under your care.  This holiday we will be reading Money Books for differen ages as shown in the attached flier.

Children Financial Literacy is a core life skill, especially in this day and age when children are growing up in a highly complex world. Whether Children come from low-income backgrounds or more privileged ones, learning basic concepts of personal finance like saving, sharing and spending is essential for growth and child development. The early years of life are the best time. This life skill prepares our children early to become financially responsible citizens who will build strong families, neighborhoods as well as local and international communities.

The objectives of the training  are:

• To Nurture positive money habits and attitudes from an early age for a lifetime of financial well being
• To deliver key foundation knowledge and build capacity in handling money from an early age
• To prepare children/teens for real world challenges in Finances which will greatly improve many other aspects of their lives
• To help children differentiate between needs and wants hence make wise spending decisions.

The classes will be limited in terms of numbers and ages of children.

Age Groups:

7-11 and 12-18 year olds

Dates:

Cohort 1:  14th – 18 th April 2020

Cohort 2: 21st – 25th April 2020

Timings:

8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.:

Venues:

We are open to Schools who would want to host the event in their localities subject to availability

We will also be at Impala club along Ngong Road Nairobi

Charges:

We are open to a mutual agreement of the Charges depending on the host circumstances.

Impala Club participants will be charged Kshs. 1,000 per participant per day.  This includes sumptuous  meals for the children.

We will be honored to have your child/ Children.

• With special arrangements, we are open to train children from the comfort of their Homes/Estates/ Places of Worship
