Overview:

The negative impact of Employee’s financial issues hasn’t gone unnoticed by employers. Employee’s Personal Financial issues normally manifest themselves in the workplace as they moonlight to get some extra money. This causes anxiety, depression, absenteeism and productivity problems that affect your organization productivity. A significant percentage of employees admit that their personal finances have been a distraction at work. Personal Financial Education is a basic life management skill that every employee should be equipped with to help them manage their personal finances better.

The current trend is employees looking up to their Employers for help with building their financial fitness. Worldwide, it has become clear that providing financial management skills to employees is not only beneficial to them, but also for the Employer’s bottom line as well. It is also gradually being recognized that financial education is a low cost, high impact benefit. Many companies have of late taken initiatives of addressing the financial wellness of their Employees by offering financial education to help them manage their money.

Engagement

As an employer, you will play part in this employee empowerment, confirming that despite their earning levels, they can all learn good money management habits and that we can all aspire to a good level of financial security.

Delivery

The training is Fun and highly interactive.  Participants are called on to engage in activities and discussions throughout the training session(s). We also make use of various media to illustrate key points, including video clips and music. This allows participants to learn more, remember more and apply more!

Employers can also give their team building and other employee’s activities a personal finance theme.

Sessions Engagement

The sessions are inclusive and client-focused. They entail interactive discussions, calculations & analysis, journaling and assignments.

The personal financial training/Conferences can be structured as a voluntary one-day course and even spouses can be encouraged to attend for maximum impact.

Financial Investment into the program

The financial investment is set on a mutual agreement depending with the particular engagement.

Welcome to this Weekly Series and very impactful Children Money Lessons Online training. Lets prepare our children early to become financially responsible citizens who will build strong families, neighborhoods as well as local and international communities.

Children Financial Literacy is a core life skill, especially in this day and age when children are growing up in a highly complex world. Whether Children come from low-income backgrounds or more privileged ones, learning basic concepts of personal finance like saving, sharing and spending is essential for growth and child development. The early years of life are the best time.

 objectives:

  • To Nurture positive money habits and attitudes from an early age for a lifetime of financial well being
  • To deliver key foundation knowledge and build capacity in handling money from an early age
  • To prepare children/teens for real world challenges in Finances which will greatly improve many other aspects of their lives
  • To help children differentiate between needs and wants hence make wise spending decisions.

Dates: 

17th August-18th Sept 2020 Weekly Series Monday- Friday.

New participants join in every Monday. Continuing participants engage on advanced curriculum.

Age Groups & Timings:

5-8 Years. (1.00 -2.00 P.M.)

9 – 12 years. (11.00 -12.oo Noon)

13-17 years. (9.00 – 10.00 a.m.)

Charges:

Kshs. 200 (2 USD) per child per one day. session

We the Money Club for your school  specially welcome you to Partner with us in the April 2020 Children Money Lessons Training for the Children/Teens under your care.  This holiday we will be reading Money Books for differen ages as shown in the attached flier.

We will also be at Impala club along Ngong Road Nairobi

Charges:

We are open to a mutual agreement of the Charges depending on the host circumstances.

Impala Club participants will be charged Kshs. 1,000 per participant per day.  This includes sumptuous  meals for the children.

We will be honored to have your child/ Children.

  • With special arrangements, we are open to train children from the comfort of their Homes/Estates/ Places of Worship
